Prior to your treatment I will ask a series of questions to ascertain whether this treatment is suitable for you or not. During your first treatment a full consultation will take place where we will consider lifestyle, diet, exercise and other relevant details. This will enable me to provide you with an individual treatment plan to suit your needs and all information given is strictly confidential.
The lovely thing about this treatment is that it only requires a chair and a small space - making it ideal for instance, for a corporate environment. This versatility means that I can carry out Traditional Indian Head Massage in any place, anywhere and at any time. And it is ideal for all the family including pregnant women.
You remain fully clothed whilst the treatment is performed and just take full advantage of a little "me time".
